Restore purchases
- Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy.
- Open Remote Pilot Ace → Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases and wait for the confirmation.
Restoring unlocks what you bought. Study progress is stored only on the device and does not transfer in this version.
Cancel the Weekly subscription
Subscriptions are managed by your store. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Remote Pilot Ace → Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose Remote Pilot Ace → Cancel subscription.
In the app you can also go to Settings → Manage subscription, which opens your store’s page.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them:
- App Store: request a refund through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page for your purchase.
- Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history.
Report a problem
With a question: after answering, tap Report a problem under the explanation. The report includes the question ID and content version, so we can find it quickly.
With the app: Settings → Report a bug. Please describe what you tapped and what happened.
FAQ
I bought Exam Pass but features are still locked
Connect to the internet, then use Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same store account you purchased with.
My mock exam was interrupted
Your answers are saved as you go. Open the app and tap Resume on the Home screen. The timer continues from where it was based on the exam deadline.
